The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to define the terms of access to and use of the website of the Association of Families of Free French Commandos – Commando Kieffer, hereinafter referred to as "the Association".
Any browsing of the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions by the user.
Article 2 – Access to the site and the member area
The site is freely accessible to any visitor for viewing its public content.
Certain features, including access to the member area, are reserved for members of the Association.
Access to the members' area is conditional upon the creation of a personal account and prior validation of the profile by the Association. The Association reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the members' area in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use or behavior contrary to the values and objectives of the Association.
Article 3 – Membership and dues
Membership in the Association involves creating a user account and paying a periodic membership fee.
The Association reserves the right to refuse any membership application without having to justify its decision.
Failure to pay the membership fee may result in the suspension or termination of access to the member area.
Article 4 – User Testimonials and Content
Users have the option to submit testimonials via the forms provided on the website.
All testimonies are subject to prior validation by the Association.
The Association reserves the right to refuse, modify, or delete any testimonial without providing justification. Approved testimonials may be published on the Association's website, social media, or any other communication medium related to its activities.
Article 5 – User Behavior
All users agree to adopt respectful behavior, in accordance with applicable laws and the values upheld by the Association.
Specifically prohibited are defamatory, insulting, discriminatory remarks or remarks that infringe upon the dignity of persons, as well as any abusive or misuse of the site.

The Association cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from inappropriate use of the site by a user, nor for the interpretation or use of the information disseminated.
The hyperlinks on this website that lead to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only. The Association has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.

All content on this site, including but not limited to texts, images, documents, logos and testimonials, is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the Association, is strictly prohibited.
